To summarise many of our thoughts, we have developed a statement that elaborates the foundation on which our relationship stands. Each of our team members takes this commitment very seriously, and we strive every day to improve the way we service your needs.

Our Commitment To You
My Team and I will act with integrity, honesty and openness in everything we do for and with you.
My Team and I will absolutely respect the confidentiality of our working relationship.
My Team and I will return your phone calls within 24 hours.
My Team and I will meet the deadlines we set. (In the case of circumstances outside of our control, we will let you know well in advance of our dilemma.)
You will always know in advance our fee for any assignment.
You will remain the sole judge of our performance. If there is something we’ve done, or failed to do, that you’re not 100% happy with, simply let us know and we’ll correct it immediately.
We will provide you with our engagement brochure that explicitly outlines the terms of our engagement.
Your Commitment To Us
You will be open, frank and honest with us at all times. You will let us know immediately of any concerns you have about our work together.
You will give us all the information we need to do the work. You will give us access to your Team within the time frames we agree upon.
You will make time available to work on the items you’ve agreed to work on.
You agree to listen to any advice we offer (and we acknowledge your right to decline that advice.)
You will pay your account on a regular monthly basis and certainly within 14 days of the receipt of the invoice.
In the event you default on payment, you will be liable for all losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including but not limited to debt recovery and legal expenses, including commission charged by debt recovery agents and solicitors’ costs) on a full indemnity basis.
You will give consideration to referring me to at least one other business person whom you believe would benefit from an association Camtech & Slater
